5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit initiation within your cx99 Account dashboard. cx99 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
5.4 Deposit Timing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your cx99 Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically arrive within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. Raast transfers typically complete within 5–10 minutes. cx99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or Pakistani banking infrastructure.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you own and that have been legitimately obtained. Deposits of funds derived from illegal activity, or deposits made on behalf of a third party, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms and any applicable bonus terms that may restrict withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. 11.3 In no event shall cx99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the cx99 Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cx99 Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk. cx99 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the cx99 Platform, provided cx99 has fulfilled its obligations under these Terms. 12.3 Closure by You. You may request closure of your cx99 Account at any time by contacting cx99 live chat support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements not yet met) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.
12.4 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to close your cx99 Account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion through cx99 live chat support.
